Be Antibiotics Aware: Antibiotic Awareness Week, November 12 - 18, 2018

Be Antibiotic Awar

Be Antibiotics Aware: Smart Use, Best Care is a CDC campaign focused on improving prescribing practices in healthcare facilities.

During Antibiotic Awareness Week, the NH of Division of Public Health Services, Foundation for Healthy Communities, and the New England QIN-QIO are partnering to raise awareness of the importance of appropriate antibiotic use to combat the threat of antibiotic resistance. Any action taken to improve antibiotic use will reduce adverse events, prevent the emergence of resistance, and lead to better outcomes.
