The purpose of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Peer Group is to create a shared learning community of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging leaders from New Hampshire hospital systems.
The Hospital DEI Learning Group assists health systems to uncover, discuss, and learn about the DEI issues hospital systems are facing throughout the state. This forum connects colleagues who are addressing similar issues and challenges, helps identify promising practices and resources, and is supported by FHC/NHHA to assist hospitals in their DEI activities. This group is designed for staff who have primary DEI responsibilities for their system.
The DEI Peer Group meets quarterly. Upcoming meetings:
