The purpose of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Peer Group is to create a shared learning community of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging leaders from New Hampshire hospital systems.
The Hospital DEIB Learning Group assists health systems to uncover, discuss, and learn about the DEIB issues hospital systems are facing throughout the state. This forum connects colleagues who are addressing similar issues and challenges, helps identify promising practices and resources, and is supported by FHC/NHHA to assist hospitals in their DEIB activities. This group is designed for staff who have primary DEIB responsibilities for their system.
The DEIB Peer Group meets quarterly on the second Tuesday of every third month, from 1:00 – 2:30 P.M., starting February 2025. The 2025 meeting dates include:
February 11, 2025
May 13, 2025
August 12, 2025
November 11, 2025
