The New Hampshire Health Access Network was a voluntary program by health care providers to streamline a discount program for low-income people in New Hampshire. The program used a universal income screening application to provide for approval of the discount program that would be valid at multiple health care providers in the state. This program ceased operations in 2021, but individuals should still work with the patient financial services department at their local health care provider.
