Project Director, Rural Health Transformation
The Director is responsible for the oversight, administration and operational management of multiple initiatives within the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). RHTP is a multi-year, grant funded effort designed to strengthen rural health systems and improve population health outcomes across New Hampshire.
In this role, the Director will lead all program activities for their assigned initiative(s), supervise subject matter experts, oversee program budgets and collaborate closely with the RHT team to support cohesive and integrated program delivery. The Director will also develop, implement and manage project plans that fulfill the grant’s reporting requirements and align with the established scope of work.
