The Foundation for Healthy Communities and its partner, the New Hampshire Hospital Association (NHHA), are committed to supporting hospitals in their efforts to provide safe, accessible, high-quality, and equitable care for all. An affiliate of the NHHA, the Foundation ensures that its quality and safety initiatives align with health policy requirements and national health care industry standards designed to reduce and eliminate patient harm and improve clinical and quality care outcomes.
