The Foundation for Healthy Communities in conjunction with the New Hampshire Perinatal Quality Collaborative and Unravel Healthcare is leading the expansion of the TeamBirth model to all birthing hospitals in the state of New Hampshire.

Exeter Hospital was the first hospital in the state to implement TeamBirth and their experience sparked enthusiasm among their peers to make this the standard of care across the state of New Hampshire. This ensures that no matter where you give birth in the state you can expect a consistent experience.
