Administrative Lead Organization

The Foundation for Healthy Communities (FHC) has been contracted by NH DHHS to be the Administrative Lead Organization for the GSHCC. Current funding comes from ASPR under the HPP and PHEP Cooperative Agreement. Duties of the Administrative Lead Organization include but are not limited to assistance with recruiting and orienting new GSHCC members; ensuring effective communication and coordination between and among members; providing and conducting training and educational opportunities; and serving as the administrative and fiscal agent of the GSHCC grant. The Foundation for Healthy Communities is responsible for staffing and the oversight of any subcontractors.
