Foundation for Healthy Communities established the Hospital Health Equity Learning Community (HHELC) to advance equitable care in New Hampshire.
The HHELC is designed for hospitals and health systems working to advance health equity in their organizations for their patients, employees and communities. HHELC provides a collaborative platform for NH hospitals to learn from experts, share best practices and identify action steps for advancing health equity in their organizations.
In its first series from August 2023 through February 2024, the HHELC offered a collection of informative and dynamic sessions focused on organizational leadership, data collection, stratification and use and community partnerships,
