HealthForce NH Announces Kate Luczko as Senior Director

Concord, NH — HealthForce NH and their backbone entity, Foundation for Healthy Communities, promote innovative partnerships and cross-sector collaboration to grow, retain, and sustain our healthcare workforce and are pleased to announce Kate Luczko as their new Senior Director.

 

Luczko brings extensive experience in economic and workforce development to our team. She was the founding President & CEO of Stay Work Play New Hampshire focused on young workforce recruitment and retention and understands the issues as well as the partnerships and collaboration needed to grow and retain our healthcare workforce.

In her role, Luczko will serve as a statewide leader promoting solutions to healthcare workforce challenges by engaging, collaborating with, and soliciting input from partners, employers, higher education, policymakers, funders, the public, groups representing historically under-served populations, and other stakeholders. She will also lead communication efforts to build awareness and support of HealthForce NH strategies.

Luczko, a New Hampshire native, most recently served as the President & CEO of the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce, and previously for seven and a half years as the President and CEO of Stay Work Play New Hampshire. She is an MBA graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and undergraduate alum of the University of New Hampshire. Sheis actively involved in the New Hampshire community serving on various boards of directors, advisory boards, committees, and as a volunteer.
