Goes to After School Resource Kit

Inside the 5-2-1-0 Goes to After School Resource Toolkit you’ll find tools and resources for promoting 5-2-1-0 and healthy lifestyles in your out-of-schooltime community. Tools for teachers, administrators, students and families are included.

Each week, choose a goal tracker for your students to focus on one of the four 5-2-1-0 goals. Use the posters and display materials to reinforce the message, and send home a handout to families that matches the goal.

You can even extend each goal out to a full month allowing for more experimentation and exploration into the goal area. All in all, you will have 4 complete goal areas of a fun 5-2-1-0 message to implement at your afterschool site.
